Get Featured!

:iconestic: featured me, so now it's up to me to do a feature journal as well. Every time I add someone new, I'll submit an edit of this journal.

RULES:
1. Write a comment on this here journal and I'll feature three pieces from your gallery.
2. The only catch is that you then have to do a feature journal, too... Traditionally, featuring me on it to start with, and then the first dozen or so people who write you a comment.

Features

1. :iconestic: She's a really close friend of mine. I admire her art and her intelligence, and I see a lot of potential in her. Her wolves are drawn well, and her humans are drawn really well (though I've only seen non-recent wolves of hers). I liken her humans to the style of animation present in Disney movies such as Pocahontas.

[link] AAAAHH! She just gave me this for my birthday a few minutes ago. AAAAAAH! I love it!

[link] Her Perfect World International character, wearing a sexy dress. ;D

[link] One of her earlier wolf drawings, but one of the cutest. I think the only one of us who wouldn't enjoy that gift is Esty herself, as you can see in the image..

[link] One of her more recent human drawings. I was absolutely amazed when she churned this one out. Look at the detail on the clothes and in the shiny-ness of the hair!

2. :iconns-games: He's a friend of mine that I think I met from watching :iconmalamiteltd: It turns out that he's into computers and coding, much like myself. We haven't talked a lot, but we seem to have things in common either way.

It was tough choosing three out of his gallery. There were four or five that stuck out from the rest, but in the end, I finally chose these:

[link] This is an interesting render of a 3d arwing he made in 3dsmax. I like the realistic background he used.

[link] Apparently, he's working on a flash game with :iconmalamiteltd: I chose this because it shows that he knows how to code. Yes, you do need to code to use flash effectively to make a game, as far as I know. The language used, actionscript, is very much similar to javascript.

[link] The detail of this one stuck out from the other 2d drawing drawings he made. I think it's a realistic rendition of fox relative to his other drawings.

You know those pictures from my shoutboard you were talking about before? That was from when I did this. :XD: I may do it again sometime soon since I did that a few months ago.

Nice selections! :D

The one I was thinking about before was actually [link]

That screen shot actually wasn't done using Flash. It was done using Game Maker and GML (Game Maker Language). Which is actually a lot like C++.

Actually I should tell you that the last one was actually drawn by ~Marcus0605 and colored by me. Here's the original [link]

That digimon one was actually gonna be my first choice. xD But I wanted to choose diversely as well. So as far as character portraits goes, I weighed it against your other ones and the sad fox one won out. Then I chose the other two based on different categories.

Actually that picture of Fox is my second most featured devation. But it's funny though I didn't draw either one to begin with, I just colored them. :XD:
